Cathryn Maddalena

Cathryn Maddalena (cmwm311@yahoo.com) has worked in the supported employment arena for over 20 years. She has provided training, technical assistance and consultation to service providers, professionals in the field and consumers of service through Michigan State University’s Projects for Community Inclusion. She developed the Employment Training Specialist Certification curriculum used in Michigan to certify job coaches and job developers. She has presented at both national and international conferences on topics related to  employment for persons with disabilities and community inclusion. Cathy also helped to write a supported self-employment training manual and currently is working and supporting customers in Florida interested in self-employment.
